and manager to define a standard service procedures and suitable
system which can be applied to the daily villa operation, staff
recruitment and training, and supervise the maintenance of building,
equipment, and all villa facilities.

for a very small property, as our commitment to the quality of
services that we provide to villa guest and the owner.
One of our major concern are control the villa expenses and maximizing
villa revenue through the booking post ie : travel agent, On Line
Booking, personal guest contact, etc.

the best accomodation and services in Bali, get the customer loyalty,
